Cancellation Policy
A $20 deposit is required to reserve your appointment and will be applied toward your service total.
Please provide at least 48 hours notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations made within 48 hours and no-shows will result in the loss of your deposit and a fee equal to 50% of the remaining service balance.
Late Policy: A 10-minute grace period is allowed. After 10 minutes, your appointment may need to be shortened or canceled depending on my schedule. If your appointment is canceled due to lateness, it will be considered a late cancellation and the cancellation policy will apply.
A new $20 deposit will be required to book a future appointment.
No Extra Guests: Due to limited studio space, please do not bring additional guests or children unless they are receiving a service.
